AILET - B.A. LL.B (Hons.) Eligibility 2018

Those who are willing to sit for the AILET exam will need to meet the entry criteria set by the AILET exam and these are :

  • The students will need a score no less than 50% marks in the aggregate for the Senior Secondary School Examination (10+2) system or any other equivalent exam.
  • The students will need to be no more than 20 years old and for the SC/ ST candidates, they should not be more than 22 years old as of 1st July of the year they are going to appear for the exam.
  • Those who have appeared for the 12th exam during May or April of the year they are willing to sit for the exam are also eligible to apply. However, they are required to show the relevant documents which will show that they have passed the exam with the required marks.

B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) 

Pass 10+2 or equivalent examination with at least 50% marks.

OR

Age should be 20 years as on 1st July 2018 (22 years for SC/ST category).

OR

Appearing candidates may also apply.

LL.M.

Pass LL.B or an equivalent examination with minimum 55% marks (50% marks for reserved category candidates).

OR

Those who are in final year of LL.B. programme are also eligible to apply.

Ph.D
Pass LL.M. degree or equivalent degree with 55% marks (50% for reserved category).
